Balancing duty, discipline, and determination, Theophilus Franklyn, a Second Lieutenant (2nd Lt.) in the Royal Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Auxiliary Police Force, has proudly earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Science, Technology and Applied Arts of Trinidad and Tobago (COSTAATT).

A Small-craft and High Surf Advisory is in effect for Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and its coastal waters until 6:00 am Thursday 12th June 2025.
