• Advise on the development and support of nationwide crime watch groups and programmes.
  • Initiate crime watch collaborations among residents, law enforcement agencies, public officials, and local organisations to facilitate stronger community crime prevention activities.
  • Host regional training to encourage the exchange of crime watch information between law enforcement officials.
  • Provide residents and law enforcement officials with the most current crime prevention programs and assist with  means to implement strategies and projects.
  • Coordinate special crime prevention projects for the young, elderly and all vulnerable groups.
  • Document and account for the number of active neighbourhood crime watch groups throughout Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
  • Coordinate nationwide crime watch projects and events to encourage citizen participation and promote the benefits of community policing.
  • Meet with Parent/Teacher Associations.
  • Speak to the different political parties/groups and ask for their cooperation.
  • Government should assist in giving churches financial assistance.
  • Bring together the two political parties' leaders for a meeting with NCCP.
  • Call on leaders and organisations to be more controlled as to the words or gestures used to their followers.
  • Aim to have Police Youth Clubs throughout Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
