The South East Zone Police Youth Clubs conducted a successful beach clean-up at Argyle Beach on Saturday, April 20, 2024, to mark Earth Day.

The event, under the theme "Planet Vs Plastic," involved enthusiastic participants from our youth clubs in Biabou, Diamond, Richland Park, and Stubbs.

The clean-up began at 8:00 a.m. and culminated with the collection of two skips full of garbage, effectively clearing the beach of harmful debris and contributing to the health of our local environment. This initiative was made possible through the sponsorship of the SVG Environmental Fund and the support of the Central Water and Sewage Authority (CWSA), who supplied garbage bags, gloves and skips.

The Royal Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) is proud of the commitment shown by the members of the Police Youth Club (PYC) and thanks all participants and community members who joined the effort. We urge everyone to remain committed to protecting our environment.
