According to an update received from the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Meteorological Office at 9:30 a.m. today, Wednesday 2nd November, a trough system will continue to generate unstable conditions across the northern and central portions of the island chain, including  Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

As a result, cloudiness, pockets of moderate to heavy showers, thunderstorms and occasional gusty winds will continue to spread across the islands.

Analysis suggests that these conditions will continue to affect the island during the next 24 hours.

Residents in areas prone to flooding and landslides are asked to continue to exercise caution.

The National Emergency Management Organisation (NEMO), through the  Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Meteorological Office, will continue to monitor the situation.
