The second Youth Affairs/Police Band Apprentice Programme was officially launched here on Thursday, 31st January, 2019, at a ceremony hosted jointly by the Royal Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force and the Youth Affairs Division in the Ministry of Social Development.

Over 300 delegates are expected to be involved in phase two of the 2019 Tradewinds Exercise, which will be held here in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in June next year.
