Effective January, 2019, Nationals of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines applying for visitor’s visa, a study or work permit, temporary resident permit or persons applying for permanent residency and claiming refugee or asylum status will be required to provide individual biometrics data (fingerprints and photo) to the Government of Canada.
