St. Clair Prince, Minister of Education, National Reconciliation and Information is participating in the Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA) 11th Caribbean Conference on Comprehensive Disaster Management being held in St. Maarten from December 2nd - 6th, 2019.
