- Enforcement officials
- Safe manning on ships
- Search and Rescue Service
Delegation of flag State functions to undertake Work on behalf of the Administration;
- Agreements with Recognized Organizations (RO)

- Monitoring the quality of work undertaken by ROs and Authorized Surveyors
- Auditing of ROs
Training and Certification of Seafarers (Seafarers Qualifications);
