The atmosphere is mostly dry, with partly sunny skies and warm conditions continuing across Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) today.

Coastal communities from Kingstown to Argyle that have gone through the UNESCO tsunami ready process of assessment, community engagement, simulation exercises, developing standard operating procedures for evacuation and communicating early warning messages at the community level in the event of a tsunami will be recognized during a ceremony to be held at the Beachcombers Hotel Conference Room on Friday, 15th September, 2023.

The Atlantic high pressure system will dominate the weather conditions across SVG within the next 3 days.

On Thursday, 14th September, 2023, the Officers attached to the Traffic Branch of the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) benefitted from a donation of 159 pairs of White gloves.

The members of the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) and its Auxiliary Force are in mourning due to the death of the late, Mr. Henry Providence, Inspector of Police, who died at the hospital on 13 September, 2023.
