The National Emergency Management Organisation (NEMO) through funding from the United States Agency for International Development Policy and Regulatory Reform for Resilience Activity (USAID Prose) will conduct a Stakeholders Consultation on Thursday, 24th August, 2023 to update the National Comprehensive Disaster Management (CDM) Strategy and Implementation Plan for Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

The atmosphere will remain relatively unstable across the region, therefore, fair conditions can be interrupted with a few scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms across Saint Vincent and the Grenadines during the next 3 days.

The Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) Band Summer Programme Closing Ceremony will take place on Thursday, 24th August, 2023 at the Old Montrose Lecture Hall, commencing at 1:30 p.m.

The National Emergency Management Organisation (NEMO) in collaboration with the Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA) Coordinating Unit and the University of the West Indies (The UWI) is hosting a series of Stakeholders Meetings to validate the results of the application of the Caribbean Community Risk Information Tool (CCRIT) in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

The National Emergency Management Organisation (NEMO) invite residents of Colonairie and surrounding areas to a meeting on Tuesday, 22nd August, 2023 at the George Stephens (Senior) Secondary School beginning at 5:30 p.m.
